Below are the rough sizes you need your logos to be in order for them to display properly. Smaller is fine, but larger logos may be cropped!
Company Logo - 225wide by 75 high
Trade organisation logo - 175 wide by 75 high
Signature - 200wide by 30 high
Any form of image type is allowed, jpg, png, tiff, bmp etc.
Should you be having difficulty removing images, create a blank image in Paint or Paint.net (recommended) and upload this. We are currently improving this section and will add a delete signature and logo button soon.

We have uploaded a few helpful videos on how to get the most from PIRform. We are currently still constructing our learning centre in the website, but you can catch a preview of what is to come right now. We will add more videos in the coming weeks, making sure your experience using PIRform is as good as it can be!

PIRform requires the .Net 3.5 SP1 Framework in order to run, you can download and install the .Net Framework using this link.
Please let us know if you experience any issues with this.
Thank you

Over the last few months we've been working really hard to get PIRform ready for you to use. The good news is that we have the very first "beta" version ready for you to test! Let me answer some of the questions that you might have...
What is a "beta" version?
Basically it's software that works pretty well and is ready for testing. However, it is not the finished product and it may have things missing and some things will not work correctly.
Do I have to pay for it?
No, it's available without charge. You do have to register on our website before you can download it.
How long can I use it for?
Each beta version is limited to 14 days of use. We will post a new version up before the fourteen day period has expired. We will keep doing this until PIRform is available for purchase.
What can I do with it?
You can use it to test PIRform to see what you think. Because it's only a beta version, please do not rely on it for real work. Remember that it may not be fully working!
What reports and certificates are covered?
Right now, the we only cover Periodic Inspections.
What should I do if I find something wrong?
In the next few days we will have new user forums on the website. Please use these to let us know about anything that doesn't work as it should.
Can I help?
Yes, we'd really like you to help us make PIRform work the way you want it to. If you have any comments or suggestions about things that you want to have in PIRform, please use our forums to let us know.
I hope you enjoy using PIRform!
